Join a growing finance team and play a key role in delivering year‑end financial statements for Everywhen. This role offers broad exposure across technical accounting, acquisition accounting, regulatory reporting and legal entity lifecycle management — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and working with senior stakeholders. This is a hybrid role that will require 1 or 2 days per week in our Leeds office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and coordinate the year‑end process for Everywhen’s financial statements
- Review statutory accounts to ensure compliance with FRS 101 and legal requirements
- Work closely with external auditors and internal finance teams to meet reporting deadlines
- Prepare regulatory, tax and other external submissions
- Prepare quarterly reporting packs for the group finance team
- Produce tax packs and supporting information for the internal tax team
- Create accounting entries for acquisitions and intra‑group transfers
- Oversee legal entity lifecycle activities, including strike‑offs
- Provide technical accounting, regulatory and tax insight
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in a business or accountancy discipline
- ACA/ACCA qualification
- Strong knowledge of FRS 101 and IFRS
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in external reporting and regulatory requirements (ideally insurance intermediaries)
- A proactive, detail‑driven approach with strong communication and stakeholder skills
