We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join us as a Mental Health & Wellbeing College Coordinator within the Northumberland Recovery College!
This is a hybrid role.
Northumberland Recovery College is a safe space that provides courses, activities and drop-ins to adults wishing to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
As a Mental Health & Wellbeing College Coordinator, you will be managing the day to day running of the Northumberland Recovery College service whilst developing our countywide offer through co-design and collaborative based work. This will be a rewarding and meaningful role for anyone with an interest in working with people experiencing mental health difficulties and those with lived experience. This is a great opportunity to work with local communities and community partners to expand our current offer and share in our vision for improving mental wellbeing for adults living or working in Northumberland.
About you
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Experienced in mental health support across VCSE, health, and social care sectors
- Skilled in leadership, HR processes, and team management
- Strong in community engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and network building
- Proficient in training delivery, organisation, and scheduling
- Knowledgeable about mental health resources and services
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- IT proficient (Microsoft Office 365) and adaptable under pressure
