As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Transformation to lead our transformation agenda and help shape the future of our organisation.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal senior leadership role with responsibility for driving organisational transformation across Everyturn.
You'll lead our Project Management Office (PMO), oversee strategic programmes and projects, and ensure that transformation activity delivers meaningful improvements in services, productivity, impact, and sustainability.
Working closely with Executive Directors, Senior Leaders, and the Board, you'll play a key role in delivering our strategic ambitions, embedding effective change management, and building organisational capability in project and programme delivery.
While this role can be based remotely, regular travel will be required to support engagement with colleagues, stakeholders, and services across the organisation, including frequent travel to the North East.

- Leading Everyturn's strategic transformation programme and PMO function.
- Driving delivery of initiatives aligned to our strategic goals.
- Providing expert leadership on programme management, business change, governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
- Producing high-quality reporting and assurance for Executive Teams and Trustees.
- Leading the organisation's productivity programme and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Building project and change management capability across the charity.
- Managing strategic project budgets and ensuring value for investment.
- Supporting and developing a high-performing transformation team.
- Working as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to support organisational growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability.
- Ensuring people remain at the heart of transformation and change activity.
About you
We're looking for a strategic and inspirational leader who can successfully deliver large-scale organisational change and bring people with them on the journey.
You'll bring
- Significant experience in a senior transformation, programme management, or business change leadership role.
- Experience reporting to Executive Teams and Boards.
- A successful track record of delivering transformational change within large and complex organisations.
- Strong programme, project, and portfolio management expertise.
- Experience managing significant budgets and multiple strategic projects.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
- Experience embedding effective change management approaches.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience demonstrating return on investment.
- Ideally experience within health, social care, the charity sector, or similarly complex service environments.
- A passion for improving outcomes for the people who use our services
