We’re excited to be opening a brand-new CQC‑registered residential mental health service in Beckenham, developed in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. This is a major milestone for Everyturn as we expand into London for the very first time. Our 12‑14 bed, clinically led community rehabilitation service will support people with complex mental health needs in a safe, therapeutic, and recovery‑focused environment, with 24/7 clinical support. We are currently recruiting experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join us on the bank to help with shift cover.

About the role

  • Consistent delivery of person‑centred care
  • Encouraging engagement in meaningful social, recreational, and wellbeing activities
  • Maintaining safe, welcoming, and homely environments
  • Responding confidently to emergencies and promoting service user safety
  • Keeping clear and accurate records on our electronic patient record system
  • Contributing ideas to help shape and continuously improve a brand‑new service

About you

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge
  • A calm, compassionate approach in difficult or unpredictable situations
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and person‑centred care
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Good organisational skills and confidence using IT systems (including Office 365)
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, and a commitment to learning and development
