Main duties of the job
As a Senior PWP, You\’ll:
- Deliver high-quality assessments and evidence-based low-intensity CBT interventions to patients referred by local GP practices.
- Carry out rapid screenings and assessments, drawing on a sound understanding of mental health needs and associated risks.
- Provide regular clinical and case management supervision to PWP team members and trainees.
- Support the Team Lead with clinical supervision and line management responsibilities where needed.
- Champion high standards of clinical record keeping in line with service policy.
- Ensure service user needs and recovery goals remain at the heart of everything we do.
- Actively support service development, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Lead by example – be a positive role model and promote a culture of learning and collaboration.
