Reporting to the IT Operations Manager you will be part of a diversely skilled team of IT technicians supporting a number of clinical business systems, MS Office products and end user devices. You will provide desk side and remote support to all end users across the organisation.
Working in a small team you will be involved in the installation, upgrade and troubleshooting of PC hardware, software, peripherals, and Microsoft operating systems. You will ensure that our services are provided in a way that is consistent with our values, supporting and promoting an organisational culture that values: compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and innovation.
