Mental Health and Wellbeing College Facilitator

Location: Hybrid (travel to Everyturn offices as required)

Hours: Between 18.75 - 37.5 hours per week (flexible)

Contract: Permanent

DBS Required

Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to travel across Northumberland when needed.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship as it does not meet the requirements set out by the UK Visa and Immigration Service.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate peer-led and group learning sessions, online and in person
  • Support new students with enrolment and risk assessments
  • Work with the College Co-ordinator to co-create new courses and resources
  • Provide tailored support to help people access services and community activities
  • Collect and collate data to demonstrate the impact of the college
  • Carry out admin duties linked to session delivery and reporting

  • Experience providing 1:1 and group peer support within a mental health setting
  • Understanding of recovery-focused approaches and community assets
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and IT skills (Office 365)
  • Respect for confidentiality and a commitment to Everyturn’s values of compassion and respect for all
  • willingness to travel and engage in continuous professional development
