We’re excited to be opening a brand-new CQC-registered residential mental health service in Beckenham, developed in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. This is a major milestone for Everyturn as we expand into London for the very first time. Our 12-14 bed, clinically led community rehabilitation service will support people with complex mental health needs in a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment, with 24/7 clinical support. We are currently recruiting experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join us on the bank to help with shift cover.
About The Role
- Consistent delivery of person‑centred care

- Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge
- A calm, compassionate approach in difficult or unpredictable situations
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and person‑centred care
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Good organisational skills and confidence using IT systems (including Office 365)
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and a commitment to learning and development
