Join Our Team at NHS Derby & Derbyshire Talking Therapies. We’re looking for passionate, qualified High Intensity CBT Therapists to join our dynamic NHS Derby & Derbyshire Talking Therapies team. As a High Intensity CBT Therapist you will deliver evidence-based CBT interventions for people experiencing depression and anxiety disorders, in line with NICE guidance. You will work within a stepped care model, ensuring people receive the least intrusive, most effective treatment tailored to their needs. This is a hybrid role. You will work at least one day a week face to face, and one evening shift per week (12pm-8pm) to support clients who cannot access services during traditional hours.
About You
- Hold a Postgraduate Diploma in High Intensity Interventions (or equivalent CBT qualification)
- Are BABCP accredited (or working toward full accreditation)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy with compassion, structure, and flexibility
- Skilled in assessment, formulation, risk management, and collaborative working
- Enthusiastic about shaping and improving psychological therapy services
- Have or be keen to pursue additional training in EMDR or IAPT supervision
