This is a fixed-term role, contracted at 3 months. This role requires someone who is based in the North East. Everyturn Mental Health is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a critical period of service and digital transformation. This role is pivotal in shaping future-state processes for our services and leading the implementation of new systems that support safe, effective and efficient care.
You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders across clinical and non-clinical services to design, challenge and embed new workflows aligned to our strategic objectives, ensuring change delivers real, measurable value for staff and patients.
What you'll do:
- Play a key role in delivering service and digital transformation across clinical and operational teams.
- Develop robust business cases and benefits realisation plans, defining success measures to evidence impact.
- Use data, insight and user feedback to support problem definition, options appraisal and evidence-based recommendations.
- Map current and future-state processes, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Define, document and manage business and clinical requirements, translating complex needs into clear, practical solutions.
- Assess operational, clinical and technological impacts of change, identifying risks, dependencies and mitigation actions.
- Support system implementations and ensure digital investments deliver measurable value through effective adoption and change management.
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, clinical teams and operational leads, acting as a trusted advisor throughout delivery.
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience working as a Business Analyst, supporting operational, service and digital change.
- Demonstrable experience as an IT / Digital Business Analyst, including requirements elicitation, systems analysis and solution delivery.
- Strong practical experience of business analysis techniques, including AS IS / TO BE mapping, GAP analysis and business modelling.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with technical delivery teams.
- A broad technical understanding of digital systems, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and insight to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across clinical, operational and technical teams.
- A strong commitment to Everyturn’s values of compassion, accountability, respect, innovation and excellence.
- Business Analysis qualification or training (or working towards).
