We are excited to be expanding into London for the very first time, with our brand new residential service in Beckenham, developed in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. Our 12‑14 bed service provides specialist, clinically-led community rehabilitation for people with complex mental health needs, offering 24/7 support in a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment. We are now recruiting experienced Bank Mental Health Nurses to join our team, offering flexible working opportunities to support service delivery.

What We're Looking For- NMC First Level Registered Nurse with significant post‑registration experience
- Proven experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge
- Confident in clinical decision-making and medication management
- Strong understanding of mental health legislation, safeguarding, and best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and respond to changing service needs
- High level of professionalism, resilience, and reliability
- Competent in IT systems and maintaining accurate records
- Flexible working to suit your availability
