About the Role
We are looking for an Upsell Agent to join our Sales team and support the growth of existing customer accounts through proactive sales activity and relationship management.
This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to increase customer value by promoting additional products and services, while delivering an excellent customer experience and achieving individual performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Identifying and converting upselling opportunities.
- Building strong customer relationships and understanding customer needs.
- Achieving individual sales, revenue, margin, and productivity targets.
- Handling objections and negotiating positive outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and system updates.
- Supporting customer retention and long-term account growth.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to achieve business objectives.
