EC Marketing is growing and we’re looking for a commercially-minded Campaigns & Growth Manager to help us deliver high impact digital marketing campaigns for ambitious brands. This is not a traditional “marketing manager” role. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn B2B marketing activity into qualified leads, pipeline generation and commercial outcomes, particularly across longer sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying journeys. You’ll help shape how EC Marketing operates as we continue to grow, bringing greater structure, visibility and performance across campaigns, lead generation and client delivery. The role would particularly suit someone experienced, proactive and highly organised who is looking for meaningful, flexible part-time work with autonomy and variety.

About EC Marketing

EC Marketing is part of the Everything Connected family. We work across strategy, websites, CRM, SEO, paid media, content and digital optimisation, helping clients move from disconnected marketing activity to joined-up growth programmes. Our clients range from ambitious SMEs to enterprise organisations across sectors including professional services, energy, insurance and technology. Many of our projects involve B2B lead generation, demand generation and digital growth programmes for complex service-led organisations.

The Role

As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, coordinating and optimising integrated marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts and internal initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership, channel specialists and clients to ensure campaigns are:

  • strategically aligned
  • properly activated across channels
  • continuously optimised
  • commercially measurable

This role sits between strategy and execution, combining campaign management, lead generation, channel optimisation and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Delivery
    • Plan and manage integrated lead generation campaigns across digital channels
    • Coordinate activity across paid media, SEO, content, email, CRM and web
    • Translate commercial goals into clear marketing activity and campaign plans
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered proactively and effectively
  • Lead Generation & Growth
    • Drive lead generation activity focused on pipeline and conversion outcomes
    • Help improve lead quality, reporting visibility and campaign performance
    • Understand how different channels contribute to demand generation and nurture
    • Support the development of smarter campaign journeys and engagement strategies
  • Channel Activation & Optimisation
    • Manage and optimise channel activity across: LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, Email marketing, Organic/social content, CRM and automation workflows
    • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Work with internal specialists and external partners to improve results over time
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Track campaign performance against KPIs
    • Analyse lead generation, engagement and conversion data
    • Produce clear performance summaries and recommendations
    • Help improve reporting structures, dashboards and marketing visibility
  • Client Management
    • Build strong relationships with clients
    • Lead campaign review calls and regular check-ins
    • Communicate recommendations confidently and clearly
    • Help clients understand performance, priorities and next steps

Skills and Experience:

We’re looking for someone with strong practical experience across modern digital marketing and lead generation. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 10+ years experience in digital marketing, campaign management or growth marketing
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing and lead generation
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Confidence managing channel activation and optimisation
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Commercial awareness and analytical thinking
  • Experience with platforms such as: HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively

What We're looking for:

The right person will likely be:

  • proactive rather than reactive
  • commercially minded
  • highly organised
  • confident owning campaigns and client communication
  • comfortable balancing strategy and delivery
  • analytical and optimisation-focused
  • collaborative and pragmatic
  • interested in improving how marketing operates, not just executing tasks

We’re particularly interested in speaking to experienced marketers looking for a flexible, long-term role with autonomy and variety.

Working Arrangement:

  • Remote-first role
  • UK-based applicants only
  • Occasional travel to client meetings and team sessions will be required
  • Part-time preferred: approximately 3 days per week ideally spread across the week
  • Open to: permanent employment, freelance/contract arrangements
  • Start date: Early July 2026

Compensation:

Depending on structure and experience: £60,000 pro rata (based on 3 days/week) or approximately £415/day contract equivalent approximately £5,000/month

  • exposure to varied client projects
  • the chance to influence how campaigns and marketing services evolve
  • a collaborative, commercially focused team
