What we are looking for: Essential Requirements
- VCTC or NVQ Level 3 minimum (or foreign equivalent)
- One year or more experience as an assistant manager or team lead capacity
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience with all types of skin tones / types and ability to provide excellent skin consultations to advise on client objectives
- Experience with microdermabrasion, microneedling, skin peels, LED and mesotherapy
- Excellent facial touch / massage skills
- Exceptional presentation and professionalism
- Confident sales skills and proven sales record
- Trustworthiness, respect and integrity
- Reliability
- Weekend availability essential
What we are looking for: Nice to Have
- Experience in a luxury spa / high end clinic environment
- Work experience with a high end facialist e.g. FaceGym, Cowshed
- Experience with Dermaquest and IS Clinical product brands
- Fluency in languages other than English
