Our vision is simple: to become the trusted destination for curated living, helping consumers discover products, ideas, services and inspiration for every room in their home.
As a founder-funded, pre-investment startup, we are seeking ambitious individuals who want to gain hands-on experience building a real business while participating in its future success.
Important Information
We believe in being completely transparent.

We are looking for individuals who are excited by the opportunity to gain meaningful commercial experience, develop valuable skills and become part of the founding team of a growing business.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Most entry-level roles place you within a large organisation where you contribute to a small part of a much bigger machine.
At EveryRoom, you will work directly with experienced founders and business leaders who collectively bring more than 30 years of experience across digital transformation, banking and financial services, ecommerce, retail, buying, product development, AI and technology startups.
This is a rare opportunity to gain direct mentoring and hands-on experience from people who have built products, led major transformation programmes, launched businesses and worked with some of the world's largest organisations.
You will gain exposure to ecommerce operations, affiliate marketing, AI implementation, customer experience, retailer partnerships, platform development, product management and startup growth.
Applicants should be within reasonable travelling distance of Tenterden, Kent and willing to attend planning sessions, meetings, retailer visits and events when required.
Expected Commitment
Initially 10-15 hours per week with flexibility around study, part-time work or other commitments.
We anticipate the role growing alongside the business and becoming a paid position following investment.
