We have an exciting opportunity for a Platform Operations Assistant to play an important part in making sure Freeview, Freesat, and Freely delight our viewers on a day-to-day basis. We want them to be able to discover and watch content they love – and that is where you come in.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team that chooses our daily content recommendations and upload them to our platforms.
- Help manage the process that we use to recommend content to viewers.
- Keep track of live platform issues and work with our channel and content providers to obtain the information and assets needed to deliver a great viewing experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong planning and organisation skills, and good communication and relationship management abilities.
- Team player with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other standard IT tools.
- Experience using job-specific tools; knowledge of them is not required upfront but is desirable.
Additional Details
This role would suit someone looking to gain experience in an exciting company at the centre of the free TV world, and a demonstrable passion for TV and British content is required. The role is based in Everyone TV’s central London offices, at the South Bank. The company offers flexible working, and we are currently working a hybrid pattern.
