We’re looking for a Platform Experience Manager to join our Product & Operations department on a 9‑Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) and to help us deliver an exceptional viewer experience across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice for our viewers by gathering and analysing feedback from multiple sources including social media, review sites and the Viewer Operations team.
• Produce monthly sentiment reports and share insights across the business, influencing the product roadmap by advocating for viewer needs and desired features.
• Lead the Viewer Centricity workstream, ensuring viewer feedback drives decision‑making across teams.
• Monitor and manage product safety cases following established processes and support platform operations, providing project‑management assistance when needed.

Key Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Everyone TV as an organisation, its products, customer propositions, and the UK TV ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of the product development life cycle, the role of a Product Owner, product backlog mechanics, and Everyone TV’s devices business and product‑safety legislation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and build collaborative relationships with excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrable success working with customers and their feedback to produce high‑quality insights, reports, and presentations.
• Experience coordinating or managing successful business or technology change projects, including deliverable tracking, risk management, and reporting.

Location

The role is based in Everyone TV’s central London offices at the South Bank.
