The Senior CRM & Content Executive will play a key role in driving growth for our flagship platform Freely, the UK's brand-new way to stream free TV. The role also contributes to the editorial content service on Freeview and Freesat. Reporting to the Head of Digital & Portfolio Customer Engagement, this is a crossâfunctional position working with internal Marketing teams and collaborating daily with major broadcast partners including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise CRM email campaigns and other customerâfacing content.
- Create and curate editorial content for the Freely editorial feed and partner platforms.
- Analyse performance data (Google Analytics 4, CRM analytics) to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams on copy, design and video production (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a contentâled marketing role (agency or B2C) with a strong copywriting background.
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle journeys and testâandâlearn approaches.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop and experience using a CMS (Drupal desirable).
- Experience analysing and reporting on email, website and content performance (Google Analytics 4 or similar).
- Background in the television, entertainment or media sector is highly desirable.
