Duties:
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, providing guidance and support throughout their tenancy lifecycle
Assist tenants with lease agreements, renewals, and relevant documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance
Conduct regular tenancy reviews to address concerns, resolve disputes, and promote positive engagement
Utilize Yardi property management software to maintain accurate tenant records, rent payments, and maintenance requests
Negotiate lease terms and resolutions with tenants to foster mutually beneficial outcomes
Coordinate with maintenance teams to address repair requests promptly and keep tenants informed of progress
Support eviction procedures when necessary, ensuring adherence to legal protocols and respectful communication
