At Pool in the Park - Woking, we are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to assist in the implementation of the swimming strategy, as well as the delivery, development, and commercial growth of swimming.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the swimming manager and team
- Forming strong working relationships with sporting partners
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Motivating colleagues to deliver to the highest standard
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, have supervisory experience, and possess a results-driven attitude. A knowledge of the swimming industry would also be advantageous.
We will complete a DBS check prior to starting in this role.
