Overview: The role involves all aspects of membership processing on MRM+2 and liaising with sites and customers regarding those memberships.

Your main duties will be:

  • Process membership instructions, changes and cancellations accurately and organised, meeting monthly deadlines to ensure the integrity of direct debit income collection.
  • Maintain up-to-date, streamlined documentation of processes, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
  • Promptly handle inquiries from customers and leisure centres regarding membership and administration, providing excellent service and resolution.
  • Provide advice and training to centres on all membership processes.
  • Use internal software systems including the main membership database, Helpdesk, and the Everyone Active website; assist in regular data cleansing to optimise system efficiencies and adopt new technologies.
  • Adhere to all current legislation.

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, advantage if familiar with MRM+2.
  • Excellent communication, time-management and attention to detail.
  • Customer-service experience; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team-working skills and initiative, demonstrating flexibility to tasks.
  • Independent approach to learning and problem solving.
