The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
The successful candidate will be supporting health and safety operations, driving customer service excellence and managing the operations team as a Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective activity supervision
- Lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
- Focus on high customer service standards
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre
- Assume the Duty Manager role when needed
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance
Qualifications
First Aid at Work qualification is desirable. This position will involve day, evening, and weekend work, including public holidays, and will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
