Spa Customer Service Advisor – Blackbrook Leisure Centre and Spa – Taunton, Somerset20 – 30hrs per week – Maternity Cover – Excellent salary plus benefitsEveryone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‐motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

We are looking for a spa host to join the team at Blackbrook Leisure Centre and Spa. We require dynamic and talented individuals to deliver the highest standards and maintain the five star level of customer care that is required within our Spa.

We need a Spa Customer Service Advisor who will:

Give professional advice to promote treatments and products, as well as achieving and exceeding targets set by the Spa Manager

Be self motivated and ambitious using their own initiative

Be able to work as part of a team

Open and close the spa, handle payments and ensure the spa is clean and tidy

Level 2 and 3 in beauty treatment is desirable but not essential. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays
