Role Overview: We’re looking for an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to lead community sessions and deliver a varied programme for all ages during term times and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Lead active community sessions at various venues.
- Deliver enjoyable and varied programmes for all ages.
- Create a fun and friendly environment in sessions.
- Serve as a positive role model and promote values.
- Apply child behavioural strategies as needed.
- Co‑operate with clubs, schools, local groups and other stakeholders.
- Maintain reliable time‑keeping and attendance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 2 coaching/leading/fitness qualification or equivalent; ideally one in sports leadership.
