How will you help your community?
- Lead and inspire your sales team to deliver ambitious sales & revenue targets.
- Coach and develop your team to convert more opportunities into new members.
- Take ownership of your centre’s sales performance, using KPIs and insight to identify opportunities, challenge underperformance and drive results.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the Everyone Active sales frameworks.
- Create new sales opportunities through planning and conducting local outreach, events, partnerships, lead-generation activity and support our centres organic social media.
- Create a high-performing sales culture where your team understands what great looks like
What do you need?
- Be commercially focused sales leader with the confidence to take ownership of your centre’s sales performance and inspire others to achieve.
- Be results-driven and comfortable using targets, KPIs and sales data to identify opportunities
- To get the best from your team through clear expectations, regular feedback, practical coaching and recognition.
- Able to be proactive, resilient and tenacious, with the ability to generate new opportunities, challenge underperformance and lead from the front when required.
