Lead the company’s approach to develop an enduring partnership with stakeholders across the city Provide financial management of the contract to provide sustainability and growth Be responsible for the contract’s performance, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service, safety and attendances are achieved across the contract Ensure we deliver services across the contract which deliver increasing levels of social value to meet its required targets Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to develop team performance through increasing colleague skills, development, motivation and employment opportunities What do you need? Commercially astute with strategic thinking, this role will provide leadership for the whole partnership Strong written and communication skills to deliver presentations and reports at a high standard to a range of audiences Innovative and progressive attitude towards improving physical activity levels in the whole community Be a proactive and positive brand ambassador for Everyone Active and have a proved record of strong partnership working with internal and external partners Have a proven track record of multisite management, and management of large teams Ready to make a difference?
