Responsibilities
- Ensure the fitness teams achieve their goals through consistent delivery of personal training, group exercise sessions and meaningful gym floor contact.
- Actively and consistently promote the company’s vision and values.
- Be a role model within the centres and encourage a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers.
- Implement a clear retention strategy and set up key targets for the teams to deliver and achieve.
- Deliver the fitness strategy and be accountable for a world class experience to members across the contract.
- Support training and development of team members.
- Promote the brand mission of 30 minutes of activity five times a week.
Qualifications
- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification.
- Proven experience in managing a team.
- Experience with accounts and supervising a team.
- Willingness to work daytime, evening, and weekends.
