Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. Your major goal will be to support in the delivery of the fitness strategy and be accountable for providing a world class experience to our members.
We need a Fitness Team Leader who will…
- Act as a You+ advocate, ensuring consistent delivery, promotion, and quality of You+ consultations.
- Take ownership of fitness social media content, supporting promotion of PT, You+, success stories, and gym activity.
- Assist in driving PT income, helping the team work towards ambitious monthly targets.
- Support the fitness team to achieve their goals through the consistent delivery of personal training, group exercise sessions and meaningful gym floor contact.
- Be a role model within the centre and encourage a fun and friendly environment for colleagues and customers alike.
- Lead by example on the gym floor, delivering excellent member engagement and visible leadership.
Your working hours will cover daytime, evening and weekends. You will need to have experience with supervising a team. We will complete a DBS check prior to starting.
Qualifications: Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification.
