Membership Consultants - Whitehaven, Cumbria Copeland Pools and Fitness Centre Pay: From £27,000.00 per year OTE £33,000 - 36,000 per annum with uncapped commission Job Description: We're looking for enthusiastic, driven and customer-focused Membership Consultants to join our team across the Everyone Active Cumberland Contract. What you'll be doing As a Membership Consultant, you'll be responsible for helping local people begin their health and wellbeing journey by: Welcoming prospective members into our centres and delivering engaging show rounds. Understanding customers' needs and recommending the membership that's right for them. Following up enquiries through phone calls, emails and digital channels. Building relationships with prospects and converting enquiries into memberships. Working towards individual and team sales targets. Promoting Everyone Active's services, swimming lessons, fitness programmes and wellbeing products. Providing an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to joining. What we're looking for You'll be someone who: Loves talking to people and building relationships. Is motivated by achieving goals and delivering results. Has excellent communication and customer service skills. Is confident using IT systems and managing customer enquiries. Works well both independently and as part of a team. Brings a positive attitude, resilience and enthusiasm every day. Sales experience is beneficial but not essential—we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
