Position Title: HAR008 Swim Teacher

Responsible to: Swim Manager

Major Goal:

Deliver high quality, fun and engaging swim lessons in line with our award-winning learn to swim programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a swim teacher, you will deliver swim lessons on the Everyone Active swim lesson scheme in line with Swim England Learn to Swim frameworks
• You will also be responsible for maintaining a high-quality delivery of all swim lessons.
• You will set up and put away equipment, reporting any issues.
• Additionally, maintain swim lesson records in line with company processes.

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages customers to stay active and engaged in our facilities. Listen to customer needs, offer assistance, and ensure a positive experience every time.
• Commit to Ongoing Training: Attend training sessions and complete online training to stay informed and skilled, ensuring you can effectively perform your role and provide the best service to our customers.
• Support Business Operations: Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as needed to support the overall success of the centre and its services.

Essential Qualifications:

• Swim England Level 2 / Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent
• Satisfactory DBS Check.
