As a Senior Membership Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering the Everyone Active sales strategy by driving membership growth, engaging customers, achieving key performance targets and supporting colleagues to provide an outstanding customer experience.

How will you help your community?
- Drive membership sales, lead generation and promotional activity to support centre targets and business growth.
- Deliver the Everyone Active sales strategy by following sales processes, maintaining accurate data and meeting reporting requirements.
- Provide a positive customer experience by responding professionally to enquiries, feedback and sales opportunities.
- Support and coach membership colleagues while helping to maintain a safe, professional and high-performing membership environment.

Position Title: HAR008 Senior Membership Advisor
Responsible to: Sales Manager
Major Goal:
To deliver the Everyone Active sales strategy by driving membership sales, customer engagement and KPI achievement, while supporting colleagues to provide a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales, lead generation and promotional activity to support centre sales targets and business objectives.
- Deliver the Everyone Active sales strategy and ensure sales processes, data standards and reporting requirements are consistently followed.
- Provide a high-quality customer experience by responding positively to enquiries, feedback and sales leads.
- Support, coach and develop membership colleagues to improve performance, productivity and customer service standards.
- Maintain a professional, safe and compliant membership environment, supporting wider centre standards, procedures and operational priorities.
