Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role. You’ll be responsible for the implementation of the swimming strategy at your site, as well as the delivery, development and commercial growth of swimming.
We need a Swim Manager who will:
- Have the ability to form strong working relationships with both the swimming team and our sporting partners.
- Have the ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
- Be focused on high customer service standards.
- Have strong leadership qualities and have supervisory experience.
- Have a results driven attitude.
You will be required to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends. A DBS check will also be required prior to starting.
