General Manager - Yateley, Hampshire at Frogmore Leisure Centre Full time position – Excellent salary plus benefits Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week The Frogmore Leisure Centre is a fantastic site that sits within the Hart contract.
This role would suit an experienced head of department looking to progress their career to the next level .
A sales and retention focus is vital so candidates must be target driven with high customer service standards and a proven track record for success.
We need a General Manager who will… Be passionate and determined to drive forward new business, to exceed sales and revenue targets whilst delivering a high standard of customer service and retention Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall profitability of the centre Manage their time and ensure deadlines are met for reporting and projects Manage health, safety and quality standards within their centre and has IT experience Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre members whist embracing our company values This centre boasts a large recently refurbished gym, Health suite, Hot yoga studio, spin studio, 2 x group exercise studios, sports hall and astro turf pitch.
