Fitness Membership Growth Advisor

Overview

Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team and support our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in expanding Everyone Active's membership base.
• Advise existing and potential customers on membership options that best meet their fitness and activity goals.
• Engage with customers via telephone, face-to-face, and email; communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Be enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven; strive to overachieve on targets.
• Work as part of a team and as an individual contributor.

Qualifications / Person Specification

• Empathetic with the ability to tailor sessions and recommendations to individual needs.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable in a customer-facing role.
• Willingness to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
