About the role
Everyone Active is looking for an ambitious and self‑motivated Fitness Manager ready to deliver our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity, 5 times a week. Your major goal will be to deliver the fitness strategy and provide a world‑class experience for our members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the fitness strategy and provide a world‑class experience to members.
- Manage a comprehensive group exercise programme and personal training.
- Ensure the fitness team achieve their goals through consistent delivery of personal training, group exercise sessions and meaningful gym floor contact.
- Actively promote the company's vision and values.
- Serve as a role model within the centre, encouraging a fun and friendly environment for colleagues and customers.
- Implement a clear retention strategy and set key targets for the team to deliver and achieve.
- Support duty manager/key holder cover as required; work daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification.
- Experience managing a comprehensive group exercise programme and personal training.
- Experience with accounts and supervising a team.
