At Pool in the park - Woking

Competitive rate of pay, 13 hours per week (3 hours teaching, 10 hours admin).

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to take on this role and is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of the swimming strategy, as well as the delivery, development and commercial growth of swimming.

It is essential that you have the ability to form strong working relationships with both the swimming manager, the team and our sporting partners. You have the ability to work both alone and as part of a team to motivate colleagues to deliver to the highest standard.

We will complete a DBS check prior to starting in this role. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, have supervisory experience and have a results‑driven attitude. Naturally, a knowledge of the swimming industry would also be advantageous.
