The Slough Contract includes four diverse leisure facilities: The Centre, Langley Leisure Centre, Slough Ice Arena and Salt Hill Activity Centre. The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for the management and performance of Langley Leisure Centre, alongside supporting the Area Contract Manager with wider leadership responsibilities across the Slough Contract. The role will help drive commercial performance, operational standards and customer experience both at Langley Leisure Centre and across the wider contract. Key responsibilities? Lead the day-to-day management and performance of Langley Leisure Centre, ensuring strong financial results, excellent operational standards and a consistently high-quality customer experience. Drive profitability across the contract through commercial leadership and performance management Work with the General Managers and contract-wide teams to deliver excellent operational standards and customer service across all four facilities. Work with the Area Contract Manager to maximise income, identify new opportunities, increase facility usage and occupancy Lead, coach and support General Managers, while taking direct responsibility for the financial, commercial and operational performance of Langley Leisure Centre. Ensure all facilities operate in line with contractual, regulatory and company standards. Support the Area Contract Manager in maintaining positive relationships with Slough Borough Council and key local partners. Use data, insight and performance measures to improve commercial outcomes, customer engagement and service delivery. Support the delivery of community health and wellbeing initiatives across the borough. Provide visible leadership across all four facilities, supporting consistency and sharing good practice. About you An experienced leisure manager who is ready to progress into a broader, multi-site leadership role A confident and visible leader who can support, challenge and develop senior site teams Commercially focused, with the ability to understand financial performance and turn information into clear actions.
