This 12-15 month Level 2&3 work based programme will include both on and off the job training. We need an Apprentice Fitness Motivator who will Want to learn to be an effective communicator with other team members Be part of a motivated team fully embracing our company values Provide motivation and support to customers to achieve their fitness goals Want to learn how to deliver high customer service standards making every members visit an enjoyable one that keeps them coming back Want to ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the gym Level 2 Gym and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications will be gained during the course. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and we will complete a DBS check prior to you starting with us. What can we do for you?
