We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible individual to join our team as a Party Leader in a casual on-site position based across the Woking contract. As a Party Leader, you will oversee and organize children’s parties, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests. Daily tasks include:

  • Coordinating party schedules
  • Setting up equipment and decorations
  • Leading party activities
  • Interacting with children and guardians
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring all parties run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
  • Organizational and time management skills for coordinating schedules and ensuring timely delivery of services
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and creativity for designing and leading engaging children’s activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to adapt to dynamic situations

  • Experience in childcare, event planning, or leisure services is a plus
