Swim Manager in Kenilworth

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to take on this role.

You’ll be responsible for the implementation of the swimming strategy at your site, as well as the delivery, development and commercial growth of swimming.

Responsibilities and Primary Tasks

• Form strong working relationships with the swimming team and sporting partners.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain high customer‑service standards.
• Provide strong leadership and supervise staff.
• Adopt a results‑driven attitude.
• Work a mix of days, evenings and weekends as required.
• Provide a DBS check prior to starting.
