Everyone Active is currently seeking ambitious and self‑motivated individuals to take on Duty Manager roles across Bristol, and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. We are currently recruiting across three Bristol sites:
- St Pauls Community Sports Academy – St Pauls, Bristol, BS2 9NH – Closing date: 24th July 2026
Part time position (Full time availability possible) – Competitive salary. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the centre, overseeing health and safety, driving customer service excellence and supporting the team.
Responsibilities
- Have experience in a supervisory role
- Be able to lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
- Be focused on high customer service standards
- Have excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills
- Create an environment where colleagues can achieve their full potential
- Manage cost control and drive income in all areas of the business
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance
Qualifications
Qualifications required vary by site and may include the following:
- National Pool Lifeguard
- First Aid at Work
- Pool Plant Operator
- IOSH qualifications
Training will be given where this is a requirement of the role. These positions will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays, and will also require a DBS check prior to starting.
