Are you an organised, detail-oriented marketing professional with a background in bringing people together for virtual and in person B2B events? Everymind's Growth Team is looking for an Event Marketing & Comms Lead to join us on a focused maternity cover contract. Someone who combines strong project management skills with creative communication abilities, and who brings energy and precision to every event they lead.

Fixed term contract: 2 days per week | Term: October 19th - TBD | Reports to: Senior Sales, Marketing Manager | Salary: £15,200 per annum (Pro rata of £38,000 FTE)

About the role

This is a marketing-centred role with a key focus on online and in person events. This includes the delivery of monthly virtual roundtables and webinars, the management of quarterly in-person events (London), and the creation of on brand event communications and landing pages. Your grounding in event coordination and CRM management will be central to everything you do, enabling you to own the full lifecycle of our events, from speaker coordination and attendee engagement to post-event analytics and follow-up email sequences. You'll work closely with the internal team to ensure all communications are on-brand, timely, and drive meaningful attendance and engagement across our key programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly roundtables
    • Manage roundtable event setup including invites, pre-event comms, and coordination
    • Create and run email sequences per roundtable (via HubSpot)
    • Write pre-event communications (venue details, agenda, what to expect)
  • Quarterly in-person events
    • Manage full invite and RSVP process via email sequences
    • Lead event communications (venue details, travel info, schedule, expectations)
    • Manage venue logistics and liaise on room requirements, catering, morning access
  • Monthly webinars
    • Set up landing page and supporting webpage
    • Draft promotional and follow-up emails (subject to approval)
    • Create webinar replay landing pages
    • Identify potential speakers, confirm availability and manage communications
  • General responsibilities
    • Ensure accurate CRM records in HubSpot, logging registrations and attendee activities
    • Submit all email copy and sequences for approval via Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing (managed through Monday.com)
    • Notify team immediately of any issues (event cancellations, speaker drops, logistical problems)

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or communications
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (managing lists, CRM logging, email sequences)
  • Strong CRM management and maintenance skills with demonstrable experience keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, professional copy
  • Experience creating and managing landing pages
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel to client locations across the UK as required

  • Experience with Demio or other webinar platforms
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
