This includes the delivery of monthly virtual roundtables and webinars, the management of quarterly in-person events (London), and the creation of on brand event communications and landing pages. Your grounding in event coordination and CRM management will be central to everything you do, enabling you to own the full lifecycle of our events, from speaker coordination and attendee engagement to post-event analytics and follow-up email sequences. Youll work closely with the internal team to ensure all communications are on-brand, timely, and drive meaningful attendance and engagement across our key programmes. /span /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p p br /p p strong em Monthly roundtables /em /strong /p p br /p ul li span Manage roundtable event setup including invites, pre-event comms, and coordination /span /li li span Create and run email sequences per roundtable (via HubSpot) /span /li li span Write pre-event communications (venue details, agenda, what to expect) /span /li /ul p br /p p strong em Quarterly in-person events /em /strong /p p br /p ul li span Manage full invite and RSVP process via email sequences /span /li li span Lead event communications (venue details, travel info, schedule, expectations) /span /li li span Manage venue logistics and liaise on room requirements, catering, morning access /span /li li span Join weekly operational meeting /span /li /ul p br /p p strong em Monthly webinars /em /strong /p p br /p ul li span Set up landing page and supporting webpage /span /li li span Draft promotional and follow-up emails (subject to approval) /span /li li span Create webinar replay landing pages /span /li li span Identify potential speakers, confirm availability and manage communications /span /li /ul p br /p p strong em General responsibilities /em /strong /p p br /p ul li span Ensure accurate CRM records in HubSpot, logging registrations and attendee activities /span /li li span Submit all email copy and sequences for approval via Senior Manager, Sales Marketing (managed through Monday.com) /span /li li span Notify team immediately of any issues (event cancellations, speaker drops, logistical problems) /span /li /ul p br /p p strong What were looking for /strong /p p br /p p strong em Essential /em /strong /p p br /p ul li span Proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or communications /span /li li span Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (managing lists, CRM logging, email sequences) /span /li li span Strong CRM management and maintenance skills with demonstrable experience keeping records accurate and up to date /span /li li span Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, professional copy /span /li li span Experience creating and managing landing pages /span /li li span Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously /span /li li span Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail /span /li li span Willingness to travel to client locations across the UK as required /span /li li Applicants must have the existing right to work in the UK.
