We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to join our Platform team.

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer to lead our platform strategy, vision, and execution. You will oversee a comprehensive product portfolio encompassing our Player Account Management (PAM) system, Wallet, Payment Gateway, and Data Warehouse & Reporting solutions. In this executive role, you’ll guide a talented team of product managers, product owners, technical writers and business analysists to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that help our enterprise clients drive player engagement, streamline financial transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and harness actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a compelling “operator-centric” product vision grounded in operator needs, compliance requirements, and long-term commercial objectives, ensuring the product roadmap remains responsive to market dynamics.

• Own the strategic product roadmap, translating strategic business goals into actionable delivery plans, balancing short-term delivery with long-term product evolution, and making thoughtful trade-offs that optimize value across multiple customer segments.

• Build and lead a high-performing product team, ensuring the right structure, talent, and culture are in place to execute with focus, speed, and accountability.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle in close collaboration with Engineering—from initial concept through launch and eventual sunset—ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that meet performance expectations and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate alignment among product teams, business units, and group-level stakeholders to ensure a unified vision, coordinated execution, and effective delivery of key product initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and client-facing teams to identify additional revenue opportunities, strengthen customer engagement, and ensure product positioning resonates deeply with client needs.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate regulatory developments, competitor products, and industry trends across relevant jurisdictions—proactively identifying opportunities to ensure the product portfolio remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with customer needs.

• Act as the internal and external voice of the product, effectively communicating vision, priorities, and rationale to executives, clients, partners, and the broader organization.

• Develop a thorough understanding of operator challenges, regulatory environments, and end-user behaviours, embedding these insights into strategic product decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a product leadership role in the online gambling industry

• Strong understanding of the online and retail gambling market and its regulatory environment.

• Experience working within a B2C gambling operator

• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.

• Experience with product design, user experience, and customer-centric product development.

• Proficient in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Start with a competitive number of annual leave days, increasing as you grow with us.
  • Annual sick leave days; no medical certificate required.
  • Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home (during your first 3 months, you\’ll be in the office full-time).

Parental Support :

  • Paid leave to support new parents, with options tailored for maternity and paternity.
  • Flexible remote work opportunities during the first months of parenthood.

Benefits and Perks:
