We are looking for an Experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team in London!
Salary Range: £45,000 – £55,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and deliver high-fidelity prototypes for new features that meet user and product requirements.
- Maintain and evolve the Ant Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to align design solutions with technical and business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and user research activities to inform and refine your work.
- Advocate for user-centred design principles and champion best practices in usability and accessibility.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems, such as Ant Design or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of frontend frameworks (e.g. React/Vue) and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- A portfolio showcasing impactful product designs and prototypes.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with user research methods and data-driven design processes.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and how they inform design choices.
