In this role, you will build products that empower teams across the business to connect with players in smarter, more meaningful, and more efficient ways.

You will work at the intersection of customer insight, data, and technology—partnering closely with operators, internal stakeholders, and external providers to design tools that improve decision‑making, streamline operations, and elevate the overall player experience. Your mission is to identify the highest‑value problems, validate opportunities, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that make a measurable impact.

This role is ideal for a product leader who loves solving complex customer challenges, thrives in continuous discovery, and knows how to translate insights into scalable, intuitive products used across global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the product vision and strategy for our player engagement and communication capabilities, grounded in deep customer and stakeholder understanding.
  • Drive continuous discovery to identify pain points and opportunities across player journeys, operational workflows, and communication touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to build tools that are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with business outcomes.
  • Own an outcome‑driven roadmap, ensuring teams prioritize the problems that matter most.
  • Integrate automation, intelligence, and personalization into the product suite through both internal capabilities and strategic partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted partner for operators and internal teams, helping them adopt new features and maximize product value.
  • Monitor performance, analyze product usage, and drive continuous improvement through rapid iteration and experimentation.
  • Stay informed on trends in digital communication, martech, personalization, and engagement technologies across the industry.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years of product management experience in fast‑moving, data‑heavy, or highly regulated environments (iGaming experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong product discovery skills with experience validating opportunities before scaling solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
  • A solid understanding of player engagement, lifecycle mechanics, promotional tools, and operational workflows.
  • Experience working with automation, decisioning, segmentation, or communication platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Data‑driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable, with strong product storytelling abilities.
What we offer
  • 2 additional days of paid leave added each year until your fifth year with us.
  • Enjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule after your first three months with us.
  • Monthly meal allowance.
  • Gym allowance.
  • Access online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning, and a budget for external training.
  • Support for New Parents:
  • 52 weeks of maternity leave, with 21 weeks being fully paid
  • 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old
