We are looking for a Senior Integration Manager to join our team in London!

Salary Range: from £75,000 to £85,000, based on experience and qualifications.

About the job: We are seeking an Integration Manager with a passion for Technology and Project Management to join our Integration Management team in London. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of software products and solutions for our clients in the expanding world of iGaming and Sports betting. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, internal development teams, senior stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure project goals are achieved on time, within budget, and to everyone\’s satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their Integration phase, maintaining communication and ensuring their needs are met.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from inception to deployment and post-deployment support.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Collaborate across Business Units to define and track project requirements, scope, and deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, proposing solutions as needed.
• Oversee processes impacting delivery and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors to align their work with project goals.
• Maintain accurate project reporting and status updates.
• Oversee team rota and track holidays.
• Apply a data-driven approach to delivery.
• Participate in sharing best practices and driving efficiencies within the broader Integration Management team.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering gaming software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience applying Lean-Agile project management in software development.
• Experience managing multiple globally dispersed teams.
• Leadership skills in motivating and managing technical teams.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing third-party providers and technical resources.

Desirable:

• Certifications such as PMP, MSP, or Certified Scrum Master.
