We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team in London!
Salary Range: from £45,000 to £55,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-fidelity prototypes for new features that meet user and product requirements.
- Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to align design solutions with technical and business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and user research activities to inform and refine your work.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion best practices in usability and accessibility.
- Focus on customer value and business constraints in your designs.
- Design holistic user experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Conduct regular user testing to refine and validate design ideas.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of frontend frameworks (e.g., React/Vue) and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- A portfolio showcasing impactful product designs and prototypes.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
- Broad understanding of UX beyond just UI design.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools and techniques.
- Experience with regular user testing and feedback integration.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with user research methods and data-driven design processes. Knowledge of accessibility standards and how they inform design choices. Versatility in visual and interaction design.
Here\’s what we offer:
- Start with 25 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 35 days by your fifth year with us.
