EveryMatrix is seeking a strategic, user‑focused Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our next generation of engagement and communication capabilities. In this role, you will build products that empower teams across the business to connect with players in smarter, more meaningful, and more efficient ways.
You will work at the intersection of customer insight, data, and technology—partnering closely with operators, internal stakeholders, and external providers to design tools that improve decision‑making, streamline operations, and elevate the overall player experience. Your mission is to identify the highest‑value problems, validate opportunities, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the product vision and strategy for our player engagement and communication capabilities, grounded in deep customer and stakeholder understanding.
- Drive continuous discovery to identify pain points and opportunities across player journeys, operational workflows, and communication touchpoints.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to build tools that are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with business outcomes.
- Own an outcome‑driven roadmap, ensuring teams prioritize the problems that matter most.
- Integrate automation, intelligence, and personalization into the product suite through both internal capabilities and strategic partnerships.
- Act as a trusted partner for operators and internal teams, helping them adopt new features and maximize product value.
- Monitor performance, analyze product usage, and drive continuous improvement through rapid iteration and experimentation.
- Stay informed on trends in digital communication, martech, personalization, and engagement technologies across the industry.
- 5+ years of product management experience in fast‑moving, data‑heavy, or highly regulated environments (iGaming experience is a strong plus).
- Strong product discovery skills with experience validating opportunities before scaling solutions.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- A solid understanding of player engagement, lifecycle mechanics, promotional tools, and operational workflows.
- Experience working with automation, decisioning, segmentation, or communication platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Data‑driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
