About the Job: EveryMatrix is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Global Sales Director to lead and drive our commercial strategy. This is a key position responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. You will play a crucial role in scaling the company’s presence globally while working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and educate potential prospects on EveryMatrix products and services. Drive new business initiatives, lead contract negotiations, and close high-value deals. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners. Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision. Set revenue targets and oversee their achievement in collaboration with leadership. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Monitor industry trends and translate insights into actionable business strategies. Collaborate with marketing, sales, account management, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions. Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments to meet business objectives. Represent EveryMatrix at key industry expos, trade shows, and conferences. Act as a brand ambassador to enhance visibility and credibility in global markets. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within the iGaming, software, or technology sectors. Strong track record in business development, strategic sales, and revenue growth. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent understanding of the global iGaming landscape and emerging market trends. Ability to travel internationally for business events and client meetings. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Here\’s What We Offer: Start with a competitive number of annual leave days, increasing as you grow with us.
